3. Payment Processing

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date through your user dashboard or by contacting our support team. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, original digital art, layouts, and graphics available on this Site are the property of JeisonArt Store and are protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital goods for personal or commercial projects as specified at the time of purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the original files.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JeisonArt Store and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our digital assets or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
