Because our Site delivers non-tangible, irrevocable digital products (specifically downloadable or streamable video files, digital art assets, and creative design footage), all sales are final. We do not issue refunds once a digital video link has been generated, accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any single video file or digital media pack on our Site.

1. Delivery of Digital Video Content

Upon a successful payment transaction, access to the purchased video file is instantly provided via a direct download link, email delivery, or an on-screen streaming player.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

We value customer satisfaction and may, at our sole discretion, honor a refund or exchange request only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • Technical Non-Delivery: Due to an error with our web server, automated email system, or payment gateway routing, you did not receive access or a link to the purchased video file. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Corrupted or Defective Files: If the сhosen video file is corrupted, has severe playback defects, or fails to open on standard media players, and our technical support team cannot provide a working replacement file within 3 business days.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same video file twice in a single day due to a technical glitch during the checkout process, we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
